What we collect
When you send an enquiry, call or email us, or become a customer, we may collect:
- your name, email address, phone number and business name;
- what you tell us about what you need;
- for customers, the details we need to provide, support and bill for our services.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, provide and support the services you buy from us, and bill for them. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for.
Who else sees it
Enquiries from this website are filed in our own support system. The website is served through Cloudflare, which also checks that an enquiry was sent by a person rather than a bot. Its text is shown in a font loaded from Google Fonts. We share information with other suppliers only where we need to in order to provide a service to you, such as the carriers who connect your internet, mobile and numbers.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to delete it once we no longer need it.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by calling07 3277 3636 or through our contact page.
Complaints
